Partition in 12.1.3 to SOA Folder in 12.2.1.3

                            

Domain partition is an administrative and runtime slice of a WebLogic domain. Domain Partition allows you to group together applications. Every partition has its own work manager configurations. Partition in 12.1.3 has been renamed to SOA Folder in 12.2.1.3. Below figure shows the creation of partition in 12.1.3 and SOA Folder in 12.2.1.3

Same as partition Folders are also logical groupings of composites that help you manage larger deployments

While deploying the application from Jdeveloper we can see the difference partition in 12.1.3 to folder in 12.2.1.3
